Pizza Inn, Inc. signs a three store agreement with Food Court Solutions of Pikeville, KY. The Pizza Inn Express restaurants will open in food courts in West Liberty, Salyersville, and Stanton, KY, with the first opening scheduled for this March.

This new growth, coupled with the October 2001 opening of a Self Serve Buffet Pizza Inn in Whitley City, continues the chain's current focus on additional expansion in the state of Kentucky.
