Pizza Inn, Inc. announced today that its new corporate office and Norco distribution center is expected to open in early November, thereby consolidating the Company's currently leased, separate facilities for product distribution, administration, test kitchen and personnel training. The Company's new headquarters will be located in the Austin Ranch Development, The Colony, Texas.

"We anticipate many benefits, particularly regarding our franchise services and training, food and equipment distribution efficiencies, as well as administrative and employee communication benefits. This capital investment also provides a favorable long-term occupancy cost versus continuing lease increases. Overall, both our employees and franchisees look forward to the completion of these new facilities," said Ronnie Parker, President of Pizza Inn.

This facility, which broke ground January 15, 2001, is located on approximately 11 acres along Plano Parkway just south of State Highway 121 and will contain 140,000 square feet for its corporate office, test kitchen center, classroom training for new franchisees, and its distribution center.
